Terms of Service

PUMPFOLIO is a paper trading terminal for Solana memecoins. All trades are simulated with paper SOL; you never buy, sell or hold real tokens through PUMPFOLIO, and you never send us funds. Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed or wrong.

Nothing on PUMPFOLIO is investment, financial or trading advice. Results in paper trading do not predict results with real money. Memecoins are extremely risky; if you trade them elsewhere, you do so at your own risk.

• You sign in with X, a Solana wallet or email. Wallet sign-in only signs a message.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in method secure.
• Your nickname, emoji, linked X handle, league results and trades are public, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Nicknames must not impersonate others or be offensive; we may rename such accounts.

The Ranked League, its rounds, eligible coins and prize split are described in the Docs and Fees. Prizes are paid in SOL to the verified Solana wallet on your profile, from a public prize wallet funded by creator fees. Prize amounts depend on that wallet's balance and are not guaranteed.

Multi-accounting, bots, exploiting bugs or pricing errors, coordinated manipulation of the coins you trade, or any other attempt to game the league can lead to removed results, forfeited prizes and a banned account. You are responsible for any taxes on prizes you receive and for making sure taking part is legal where you live.

We may change the rules, thresholds, prize split or the service itself, and we may pause the league, for example after a bug or abuse. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
